How does RemoteM2M do it? 

RemoteM2M,LLC uses a “Device” (such as a sensor or meter) attached to a “Machine” (refrigerator, generator, pumps, etc.) to capture a “Data” (i.e. an alarm, temperature, fuel level), which is relayed in real time through a “Network” (wireless, wired or hybrid) to an “Application” (Web Portal) translating the Event into “Actionable Information” (refill the fuel) which can be “Transmitted” (SMS Text, Email, etc) to Individuals or Groups, and recorded for future use and reference .

Do I need to invest in new computers or hardware?

The RemoteM2M service is a solution that utilizes your existing Internet browser on your existing computers.  Remote M2M provides the necessary sensors,communications, and hardware for your application. 

Do I need a Dedicated Telephone Line? 

No, Remote M2M provides all necessary communications, however if you have a Wi-Fi Network we can utilize that and reduce your costs.

How do I know if it’s working? 

Simply log into your account from your Internet browser to get real-time status updates.

How do I get Alerts?

Access the M2MRAIDS Portal and set limits to cause alarms, then determine individuals or groups to send the alerts to via email, SMS text or both.

Can I customize the reports?

Reports can be customized on the R.A.I.D.S. portal and automatically sent at predetermined intervals, or as a on-time event to selected individuals or groups in multiple formats including PDF, Excel for archival and analysis.
